Mountain Shadows D3 is a nice spacious studio located on the first floor of the building. It sleeps 2 people comfortably. Enter the condo into a closet lined hall that leads to the open floor plan living room and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable couch with a pull-out sofa bed, two cute and comfortable chairs and access to the outside deck. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay. It has a full-size oven with an electric cook top and a full size refrigerator. There is no dishwasher. Off the living room is the sleeping area with a comfortable FIRM queen size murphy bed that pulls down to sleep and folds up for extra space when you are awake. A beautiful wood burning stove with firewood provided makes for the perfect cozy stay. There is a smart TV in the corner with streaming only. No cable is provided. There is a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. D3 is located across from the pool/spa area. Mountain Shadows is a quiet complex located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes and is walking distance to some restaurants and the free green line shuttle. The complex features a summer heated pool, spa, sauna and coin operated laundry. There are two unassigned parking spaces available in the open parking lot. The accommodations were very comfortable and the furniture was in excellent condition. The kitchen was full of every necessary utensil and some I didnt expect. I appreciated them including basics like salt and pepper. The apartment is within a block and everyone was extremely polite and thoughtful. It was quiet and serene while we there. Several Stores and restaurants are within walking distances with more option a few min drive away. Its a great place to stay if you want to get away.

This was a lovely condo and perfect for my son and I on a weekend ski trip. The owners have made incredible use of the space and there was truly a "place for everything." Loved the location, the hot tub and the wood burning fireplace! Very cozy and incredibly comfortable.

A really fantastic stay. Kitchen was very well stocked, loved the heater in the bathroom, and the place was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. It was everything we could have wanted in a place to stay.

This is a great location if you are wanting to explore mammoth, not far from the ski resort/village. There are a lot of places to find breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I, it was fully equipped with everything we needed. It definitely home away from home, would love to come back and stay. All in all my boyfriend and I had a great snowboarding trip!
