The dining area seats six, with extra seating at the kitchen bar and access to a private deck. The upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook for the whole group.
Down the hall are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and bright windows. The second bathroom includes a separate vanity area and shower/tub combo.
Upstairs, the loft offers four twin beds, a Smart TV, and a convenient washer and dryer—making it ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests.

We celebrated my son's 18th birthday in Mammoth and loved our stay at this condo! With 4 teen boys, this space was perfect! They LOVED their private loft space with their own bed!!! The other bedrooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable as well. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals each day. The location was also great, with a shuttle stop super close if you didn't feel up for the longer walk to Canyon. Overall the space was really nice and everyone enjoyed themselves!

It was our first time in Mammoth. We had an amazing time. The place was clean, and the kitchen had everything you required to cook a nice meal. The tram is walking distance from the home perfect for the kids. We will stay there again.

This place is great and the perfect weekend ski house. It was a great location and very spacious. The hot tub was completely full on Friday and Saturday so keep that in mind.

Seasons Four unit is very close to the Mammoth shuttle to Canyon Lodge for easy access to the slopes. The unit sleeps six comfortably and could handle 8. Very comfortable and well appointed. Pellet stove works very well. Recommend this unit highly.
