This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with no outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV. A twin rollaway bed is available for a child. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, comfortable seating, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided).
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunrise’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool and BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location to Mammoth lodges and restaurants/nightlife! Very peaceful and quiet area. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to returning!

We came up with our dogs. Great corner unit on bottom floor that is pet friendly. Bathroom was nicely remodeled vanity is separate from shower / toilet area. Near paths to take dogs on long walks which were well maintained.

Very nice, pleasantly surprised it was very clean and not overly decorated with Knick/knacks etc. The walkway from the door to parking had been cleared as well as the roads from the overnight heavy snow accumulation I would have booked a longer stay but I was apprehensive booking a condo that allowed pets, but I was so wrong! No odors and spotless ..

A wonderful, spacious, affordable condo for a family of 4 (2 small children). It had everything we needed to make the weekend comfortable, relaxing and easy. Great views of the mountains and nice central location.

The views of the Meadow and the Mountain were incredible! And the RED line was only a two minute walk which made the trip to the slopes almost effortless. The interior was very clean (carpets had just been cleaned the day before) and the heaters kept the entire place very cozy.

This condo is perfect for skiing holiday of a family of 4-5 people. Its strategically located very close to a shuttle stop from which you can go to Eagle and Canyon Lodges. We liked Eagle most. All equipment in the unit worked fine. Kitchen was adequate to cook all meals at home. We consider ourselves very lucky to get this unit for the 4 of us for the price. Thank you!
