This ground-floor unit is all on one level. The open floor plan features a living room with a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided). The dining area seats 4, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV. A separate sleeping alcove near the entry includes a set of twin bunk beds. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo with a separate vanity area.
This unit’s entrance and sidewalk face Meridian Blvd. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the Sunshine Village lot near the office. Street parking in front of the unit is only permitted while actively loading or unloading.
Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village’s community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Excellent rental for a small family, we had a ton of fun exploring Mammoth. This spot is easy to access with a trolley stop nearby. Most convenient for Eagle Lodge (if skiing). Right down the street from the 4th of July parade route!

Nice place for a fun trip. Great location, bus stop right outside. Heaters work excellent, spa is big & nice, host was great. In winter bring slippers or warm socks, floor can be a little cool even with the carpet.

This place was excellent! Honestly, I don't think the photos do it justice, as it was larger and nicer than we expected. The hot tub was wonderful after long ski days and the free shuttle to Eagle Lodge was right outside our door. Definitely recommend!
