You walk up 1 flight of stairs (outside) to enter the property and there are two levels.The first floor is the primary bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room. The second floor is the loft and second bathroom. The loft is open to the living room by a half wall. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. Sunshine Village common area features a year-round hot tub, summer time heated pool, a tennis court and a rec room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and video games. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the common area near the office. This condo is cozy, clean, and well-stocked. Perfect size for our family of four! We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Very handy to have the game room next to the laundry--we played a few games of ping pong and pool while we washed our clothes. Check in/check out was easy.
