This second-story unit spans two levels. The primary bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and Smart TV. The loft offers three twin beds and a Smart TV. The living room includes a queen futon, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (firewood not provided).
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for guest convenience. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village’s community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

We stayed here in the winter and it was super cozy and close enough to everything to not feel like a long drive. Its also within walking distance of a Vons. All in all I loved the place.

Fantastic condo, fantastic location, fantastic host! The unit was exactly how it was in the description with excellent communication with the host. We will definitely look forward to staying here on our next trip to Mammoth!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out condo. The kitchen was fantastic and beds comfortable. The bus system a few steps away had us at Eagle lodge in minutes. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone!!
