The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing seating for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village’s community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.

We had such an amazing stay here! This Airbnb was incredibly cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a 10 minute drive from Mammoth Mountain. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including bathroom items such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. The beds were also very comfortable, and the heat was easy to control and reacted quickly to adjustments. This unit is right across from the hot tub which was very convenient and the hot tub and sauna were wonderful and very warm. The check-in process was very smooth and instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Smooth check in! Very clean place! Good floorplan for 4 people. Very nice wood fireplace ! Maybe a bit outdated but I feel like every place in mammoth lakes is like that !
