The Master Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed. The second bedroom has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed in the Living Room. 1 TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom that only plays DVD's. You enter the unit from the ground floor and it is all one level. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. Wifi Internet Access in the unit. No phone in unit. There is a game room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and a video game in the lobby of the Sunshine Village condos. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a Tennis Court near the swimming pool at Sunshine Village. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. We had such an amazing stay here! This Airbnb was incredibly cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a 10 minute drive from Mammoth Mountain. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including bathroom items such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. The beds were also very comfortable, and the heat was easy to control and reacted quickly to adjustments. This unit is right across from the hot tub which was very convenient and the hot tub and sauna were wonderful and very warm. The check-in process was very smooth and instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!

great place to stay in mammoth nearby everything. close to dominos and gear rental shops, etc. and about 13 minutes away from the slopes. would definitely stay again.

Smooth check in! Very clean place! Good floorplan for 4 people. Very nice wood fireplace ! Maybe a bit outdated but I feel like every place in mammoth lakes is like that !
