This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while a separate sleeping alcove includes a set of twin bunk beds. Please note: there is no sofa sleeper in this unit.
The living room includes a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided). The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, and the dining area provides space for meals and gatherings. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village’s community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a summertime heated pool, spa, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Great location and value with walking distance to everything you need and bus stops right across the street to get you to Eagle Lodge or the Village. If you plan to cook a lot this condo had one of the better stocked kitchens Ive experienced in Mammoth.

This was the perfect spot for our long weekend stay! The free shuttle right along Meridian Street was awesome! We were able to catch the shuttle up to Eagle Lodge and get right into the ski lifts.

Great condo for the weekend with a few friends close to the mountain, golf course, and restaurants. The Jacuzzi was awesome after some spring boarding.

Weve stayed in different condos in this complex many times and the facilities are great. Nice jacuzzi and saunas, which is key after a long day on the mountain. The green line stops literally across the street and youre at Eagle Lodge in 5 minutes. Cant beat that.
