This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with no stairs to enter. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, large flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating with plenty of natural light and mountain views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunrise’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

This is our second stay at this property. Perfect for our family of three and our Labrador. Skiing is close and the walking trail nearby. We were here in Snowmaggedon and I was super impressed that despite the constant snow, maintenance kept the walkway clear and parking lots plowed. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this unit and our 3rd stay at sunrise condos. This is our go to place when we bring our dog. Clean, close to stuff, great parking and very dog friendly! We will definitely be back (again).

Everything you need for an affordable Mammoth trip, and dog-friendly. Good location, which is basically on the ski bus route on Minaret. Nearby, there is a creek with a path that is great for walking the dogs. It also has a decent shared hot tub on site. Check-in and communication were easy. The mountains are calling.
