You enter the unit from one flight of outside stairs and then the first floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and 1 bath...the 2nd floor is the loft and 2nd bath. The downstairs bedroom has one King bed. The Living Room has 1 Queen Sofa Bed. The loft has a Queen Size Bed and 1 set of Twin Bunk Beds. There is a Wood-burning stove in the living room. The Living Room has a large flat screen TV. There are 2 outside parking spaces available.Jacuzzi and Sauna on-site. Swimming pool available in the summer months only. A large multi-purpose court with Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball is available for summer use. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. Wifi Internet Access in unit. No Phone in unit. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. TOT LICENSE 807-0076

We needed a place to stay in Mammoth for the three of us plus our dog. The place was clean and had enough space for all of us. We liked that we could walk into town. We also enjoyed playing Pickleball on the tennis court at the location.

It was a very nice quiet neighborhood, close to the town with lots to do. The place was very clean, well decorated and felt very homely. Id definitely recommend people to choose this as their vacation spot.

Really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed for a week in the blizzard. The greenline bus has a stop just around the corner, so it's easy to get to eagle lodge to ski. The internet was reliable and strong (I worked from the condo). The hosts are quick to respond by email and phone.

Fantastic experience at this home! Much larger than we anticipated. Comfortable beds and the amenities were great. Central location makes walking to much of Mammoth a feasible option. Incredibly responsive management, we locked our keys inside the cabin and they unlocked our door, on a Sunday, in 5 minutes! Couldnt recommend this place more highly.
