Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic meadow area near the pool and spa. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.
This bright corner unit is all on one level with no outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and smart TV. The living room offers two queen sofa beds, one with a new memory foam mattress, as well as a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided).
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, along with both a Keurig coffee maker (pods not provided) and a small drip coffee maker. One outdoor parking space is included.
Guests enjoy access to Sunrise’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.
Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was exactly what we needed. Loved using the hot tub and sauna every day after a day on the mountains. Wish we could use it a little earlier in the day since the hot tub turns on at 4pm. The condo itself is spacious and has everything you need and want. Would consider staying here again.

We stayed in July 23 and it was a perfect stay. The place was clean and super easy to check in. I will say the pics of the home didnt do it justice, it was much larger then expected. Will definitely be using again.

My family had such a pleasant stay in Sunrise 32! There were so many pluses, and for such a great value. The unit was very clean and the living space was much larger than expected. The host was also quick to respond to questions, and plenty of firewood was provided to keep us warm in January. Additionally, the location was so convenient being only a short walk to the shuttle stop. It was a benefit being able to take the shuttle that provides service throughout the town. We had a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay here again.
