Unit is discounted due to the age of most furnishings and decor. You enter the unit on the first floor which has both bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the second floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room and 3rd full bath. The third floor is the loft (open in to the living room by a half wall). Master bedroom has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed, the loft has two twin beds & 1 queen bed, There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. 3 Flat Screen TVs (LR & both bedrooms), 2 DVD's, VCR, Stereo/CD. No Phone. Wifi Internet Access in the unit. There are a maximum of 2 outdoor parking spaces available. Snowflower Features a Hot Spa and Sauna, Summer Time Only Swimming Pool, and Tennis Court. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. There are no Buses, Motorhomes,Trailers or any type of Towed Vehicles allowed on the Snowflower property. My friends and I came up to Mammoth to do some fishing. This property was a great retreat to relax in after full days on the river and lakes. We'll book again for sure!

Great location, a few minutes walk to the shuttle stop. Key pickup/drop-off was easy and convenient. The space is spacious but cozy and the kitchen has all the amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there!
