Condo is located in town near Vons grocery store and is walking distance to several popular restaurants as well as Mammoth’s free Green Line Shuttle that runs to Eagle Lodge ski area. Condo allows for 2 unassigned parking spaces out front and is also an EASILY accessible ground floor corner unit with NO stairs to access the building. The bright and open floor plan of 833 sq. ft. sleeps 4 adults very comfortably. The master bedroom has a FIRM California King Tempurpedic bed and there is a Queen pull out bed in the living room sofa that has an upgraded memory foam mattress. The redesigned and well thought out living room is spacious, bright, and cozy with an upgraded pellet stove and ceramic tile throughout. After a long day enjoy either the 43” flat screen Smart LED TV in the bedroom or the huge 65”OLED Smart TV with Bose premium sound bar in the living room – both with complimentary Netflix streaming and cable during your stay. The kitchen is easy to move about with spacious counters and plenty of cabinet storage. It is very well equipped with cookware, and utensils as well as all new appliances to ensure cooking just about any meal at home is a breeze. Condo contains an in unit stackable washer and dryer, as well as ample pillows and blankets. Management also provides complimentary toiletries throughout your stay. Year round Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, dry sauna and community pool (summer months only) are all available to use and are approximately 150 feet from the unit. Wireless internet, cable and Netflix are provided; however, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather connectivity issues. There is a zero tolerance policy on smoking of any kind including vaping in the condo, on the deck, or 25 feet within the building per HOA rules. Please,no animals of any kind for any reason. There is a ring camera at the front door. This was my first trip up to Mammoth to ski. Jen's condo is set amongst many in the surrounding area but what I quickly noticed is how close everything is to its location! A quick drive to the Grocery Outlet (a savior in Mammoth), restaurants and ski shops. More importantly, just a 6 minute drive to Eagle Lodge to hit the slopes! If finding parking isn't your jam, bus stops for the free transit are close by the condo as well. Inside Jen's place is warm and inviting; located on the first floor, everything is well placed and has small practical touches to make your stay worth every penny. I really appreciated the mud trays underneath the coat hangers near the front door, in addition to racks for all your snow gear. That also had a mud tray underneath to catch all that melting snow. There were brochures and a binder providing everything you needed to know about the area in addition to instructions on using the sweet pellet fireplace and how to binge on Netflix after a hard day of skiing. There's a washer and dryer which we put to use as we got pretty muddy from the hot springs. Very clutch! The bedroom has lots of space to unpack your stuff (if unpacking is your thing) and you'll find the closet contains chairs, coolers, and even an umbrella should you need these. Extra linens were close by. We opted to sleep on the pull out sofa in the living room because the memory foam mattress was a tad too hard for our liking, but I can see how it can appeal to some. No worries though, as it was nice to lay next to a fire! I'd say my favorite part of the condo was the kitchen, hands down. Jen provided a plethora of utensils and cooking tools. There was even an avocado peeler for goodness sake. If saving money by cooking is your thing, you'll be pleased this kitchen caters to that. All in all, Jen's condo was close to everything, CLEAN, and had everything you needed plus a bit more. I definitely did not want to leave but I'm pretty sure I'll book many more stays!

Outstanding host! Super friendly and quick responses. Suggested things to do. Made sure I felt welcome. the place itself was very nice and clean. Location was close to the super market and a great Mexican restaurant and many other great shops, restaurants, bars and breweries! Would highly recommend staying here!

This condo is great! Has everything you need during your stay. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had and made it super easy for us. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. Its closer to Old Mammoth Road which has cute restaurants and a supermarket where we were able to get snacks and such for our stay. What a GREAT condo! Super easy check in and super close to parking. Very clean (and big) comfortable rooms. Out of all the places I have stayed in Mammoth before, this kitchen had the most cookware and utensils so that was nice. Hot tub was perfect too there was even a sauna and private bathrooms. Overall a high quality condo with a very nice and helpful owner. Definitely staying here again on the next trip, cant wait to come back!

We were super impressed with this property. The dcor was well done and high quality, location in town was convenient and close to all you need, and everything was smooth and easy. Our kids slept on the pull out couch, and said it was very comfortable. The bed in the room was firm (and high quality) as described. Amenities in the property such as kitchen items, laundry, blankets, board games, etc were very sufficient for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again and refer anyone to visit!
